Dan Schiedel to Step Down in December 2026 Following Ten Years of Leadership
ENID, OK — United Way of Enid & Northwest Oklahoma announced today that Executive Director Dan Schiedel will step down from his role on December 31, 2026, following more than a decade of service to the organization and the Enid and Northwest Oklahoma region.
The United Way of Enid & Northwest Oklahoma Board of Directors has officially opened the search for the organization’s next Executive Director. During Schiedel’s tenure, he successfully guided the organization through a period of significant growth and expanded its impact throughout the region. Under his leadership, United Way increased its outreach and services, strengthened its funding capacity, and developed community partnerships that enhanced the work of both United Way and its partner agencies.

The impact we’ve made together is something I will always cherish, and I have every confidence that the organization’s future is filled with continued growth and purpose.”
