NextGen United Fellowship

The NextGen United Fellowship is a leadership development program for emerging professionals and community-minded leaders who want to deepen their understanding of local needs, nonprofit impact, and community leadership.

Through a year-long series of interactive sessions, fellows gain firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities facing Northwest Oklahoma, including education, childcare, health, financial stability, and community development. Participants connect with nonprofit leaders, engage in meaningful discussions, complete a mentorship experience with a partner agency, and build relationships with fellow leaders who are passionate about creating positive change.

The fellowship is designed to help participants learn, lead, and serve by expanding their knowledge of the nonprofit sector, strengthening leadership skills, and discovering practical ways to make a lasting impact in their community. Through education, networking, volunteerism, and mentorship, NextGen United is cultivating the next generation of leaders committed to improving Northwest Oklahoma.
